Exclusions to the Warranty
While our warranty offers comprehensive coverage in the case of defects, there are some exceptions:
1. Previous Damage
All previous and unrelated damage that isn’t associated with your hail damage repair work Hail, Inc. provides isn’t covered by Hail, Inc. under the warranty. This warranty applies specifically to the panels that Hail, Inc. repairs, and it covers your vehicle under your subsequent ownerships during the warranty period. The warranty period relates precisely to the warranty period your vehicle manufacturer provides to cover defects in corrosion and paint finish. In conclusion, the warranty of Hail, Inc.’s shop does not exceed your manufacturer’s warranty.
2. Specifically Excluded
A. Rust, rust-through, surface rust, and/or damage caused by rusting of your exterior panels isn’t covered. C. Damage that arises from unreasonable vehicle use. D. Faulty maintenance and care. E. Equipment, materials, and parts featuring manufacturers’ warranties.
3. Decals and Stripes
Only the factory warranty remains on any factory decorative decals and stripes.
4. Lease or Sale Exclusion
In the event of a lease or sale departure of your vehicle, the date of said termination of a lease or sale marks the date of the expiration of your vehicle’s warranty period. It is also the date of the expiration of your Hail, Inc. warranty period.
5. Subsequent Hail Storms
This warranty shall become void if the vehicle gets subjected to subsequent hail storms or if Hail, Inc. is able to determine and verify the damage differs from any damage from your original repair order.
This Limited Lifetime Warranty shall not be varied, supplemented, qualified, or interpreted by any prior course of dealings. This Limited Lifetime Warranty shall be null and void if the repair is altered, adjusted, or tampered with by any person not authorized by Hail, Inc. This warranty is non-transferable.
